Liza Reeves has been associated with the catering and hospitality industry for three decades. The early days were filled with London based company lunches and events, progressing to Head Chef at a beautiful Forest lodge in South Africa. A brief stint in a Botswanan safari camp followed and then back to London to concentrate on management of events.
A three year position as General Manager of a boutique hotel in London set her up for the running of her business and Fabulous Food was created on her move from London to Hampshire in 2007.
Weddings have predominately been the core business working from the beautiful Farbridge barns in West Sussex and many private marquee events. Liza is to be found in the kitchen at all the events overseeing the production and service of the food and leaving the organisation on the day to her experienced and wonderfully organised front of house team.
